FAQs

How do we book?

Start by completing our enquiry form with as much information as possible. Once we have received your form and checked our availability, we’ll get back to you. This will be within 3 working days. 

We will start with a consultation. This is a such an important part of your journey. I would love to hear everything about your journey - where you met, what was the proposal like? What sort of wedding would you like? 

Once you've decided what you need we will send you a quote. You can make as many changes as you want until you’re happy. Once you’re ready to accept the quote, you can pay the deposit and you’re all booked in. 

 

Do you require a deposit?

To secure your date and the services that you are booking we will require a £200 deposit. This balance is non-refundable. 

If you’re sure you want us to style your special day and can’t decide on the decor but know that you will be meeting the minimum spend, you can secure the date with a non refundable £50 deposit.  Items have be secured and full deposit to be paid within 14 days of booking.

The remaining balance will need to be paid 4 weeks before your wedding, but we will work out and agree a payment plan with you to make things easier. This can be discussed at your consultation and form part of your quote.

 

Can I make changes to my booking after I’ve paid the deposit?

Yes, of course you can make changes to your booking, however all numbers will need to be finalised 8 weeks prior to the date of the wedding.

 

How far will you travel?

We are based in Newport, South Wales, but are willing to travel to your dream venue. Let us know details of your venue in your enquiry form.

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes, our minimum spend is £800 before service and delivery fees.

What are the service and delivery fees?

Our service fee is £300 and includes laundering of linen, cleaning products so they are provided to you of the highest of standard. The fee also includes setting up at your venue and returning the next day to pack down.

Is there a room change over fee?

There is a £100 fee If you require us to stay for a room change over.

​

Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, and documents can be provided upon request.

 

Will you liaise with the venue to arrange set up and collections?
Yes of course, we will take care of the details with the venue.
